I Was Lifting Weights At The Gym Today At Squatting Motion I Am Uncomfortable Walking And Sitting In The Upper Left Part Of My Thigh Any Suggestions For Pain Relief/healing?
Question: Hi - I was lifting weights at the gym today and did a squatting motion and experienced a very odd feeling I believe in my left IT band so I stopped. I am uncomfortable walking and sitting in the theupper left part of my thigh. I am not sure what to do to alleviate the feeling should I go to the doctor, just lay down? II was at a week long conference last week, a lot of sitting, standing and walking and been experiencing cramps in my legs since my return this week - not sure if that has to do with it. any suggestions for pain relief/healing? Thanks
