I Was Prescribed 50mg Vyvanse And Have Been On It

Question: I was prescribed 50mg vyvanse and have been on it for about 6 months. I was previously prescribed 150mg Wellbutrin by another Doctor for PTSD/depression issues. Is it safe to combine the two together?

I started the vyvanse/Wellbutrin together and have felt very lethargic/tired now. Could this be due to the combining of the meds?
