I Was Recently Diagnosed With Grade 1 Endometrial Adenocarcimoa. No
Not likely to be related to endometrial adenocarcinoma.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The blood in the urine that you have detected is not likely to be related to adenocarcinoma. If no stone has been detected on CT scan then this can be related to mild bladder infection or irritation.
This can also be due to the red coloration of the urine due to some medicines or food additives. You can get your urine tested and check if it actually is blood or red coloration. It is best to consult a urologist for further evaluation.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow-up queries that you may have.
Wishing you good health.

Unlikely not impossible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The blood is urine is unlikely to be due to a uterine malignancy. A large amount of blood cannot be due to tiny kidney stones. This can be due to any bleeding disorder or medicines like aspirin or due to the malignancy.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Also, I have been prscribed Magace to take 40 mg 4xday, but it is giving me insomnia and anxiety. Pretty bad. So I cut back to 40 mg 2xday, and I take an Atavan at night so I can sleep. My surgery is Sept 24. Will taking the Megace at this dosage make any difference in these 4 weeks before my surgery? Is the dose too low to be therapuetic? Is a Grade 1 (slow growing) cancer liekey to change much in a month?
Malignancy can be symptomless.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
The clear slippery discharge is not related to malignancy. Magace is a progesterone hormone preparation and is used to decrease the growth of endometrial cancer. Instead of reducing its dose to half, you can gradually increase the dosage to thrice a day and then four times a days over 2 weeks. It can cause insomnia and anxiety but that will gradually subside. It is best to restrict the cancer as much as you can before the surgery.
