Question: I was treated for unt with antibiotics twice and l’m still having issues like discomfort in my penis some pain no discharge

However, let me reassure you that is seemingly normal.

However, even though there's no discharge, you should also be tested for a sexually transmitted disease, e.g. Chlamydia, as this often presents as penile discomfort and it does not resolve on antibiotics used for UTIs. A urethral swab or a morning urine sample will diagnose it.
