Question: I was working and my right thumb nail corner got very smal cut . Now I have little swollen right thumb and pain. Any way I can treat it in home.

When did the small cut occur?
Any pain or tenderness?

You can surely apply liquid povidone iodine locally 2 - 4 times a day.
Do not keep the affected hand hung by side for a long time.
You may take an anti-inflammatory medications like Ibuprofen if it suits you.

it happened 1 day a go. Yes it is swollen and tender. I have pain too.
