I Went On A Drinking Binge Last Night. My Dosage

Question: I went on a drinking binge last night. My dosage is lisinipril 10mgs, diltiazem 360 mgs. Took my blood pressure and it was 175/98 after taking another Lisinipril. Is it safe to take another diltiazem? Will coconut water, apple cider vinegar, hot peppers or any natural vasidilator help?
