Brief Answer:
Your HIV risk is negligible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Ask A Doctor.
Thanks for posting your query.
There is every possibility for the massage girl could be free from HIV Infection. Then there is no question of HIV transmission at all.
HIV concentration in Human saliva is very negligible and not sufficient to cause an infection.
So your HIV risk is negligible.
It is better to have HIV test after window period and rule out the negligible risk, so that you will feel free from mental tension. Otherwise even for a small illness, you will like to attribute the same to HIV infection and disturbed.
