I Woke Up On Sunday Feeling Dizzy. My Pressure Was

should I be concerned .
Need heart check up by if have suggestive symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query .I understand your concern.
* Dizziness is more likely to be due to eustachian
tubal block ...following ear infection/sinus problem.
less likely to be heart proble due to heart problem
as you suspect.
- In case of heart causing the problem... some chest
heaviness behind chest bone(sternum) in centre/short
breathing after physical stress/recurrent dry cough/
or fast heart rate(palpitation ) / swelling on legs o rest
are some of the symptoms seen.
You did not seem to have any of these except
fluttering on right side of abdomen &burning..which could
be due to gastric disturbed es following antibiotics.
an be relieved by antacid pills like gelusil twice or thrice
a day. Addition of l actobacillus preparation (Neutrolin B plus
would relieve these.
- Along with antibiotic Augumentin pill like Biozobid
can help in relieving inflammation &symptoms.
Addition of anti allergic pill like Cetrizine would take
care of allerg as a basic cause .Please consult your treating doctor
for suitable dosage .
- Inhalation of vapor helps in removing tubal block.
** In short heart problem as cause of dizziness you have seems to be
seems to be less possible from the information given.
* Still I would suggest to get a heart check up emmdiately
if you have any of symptoms of Hearat involvement described
above OR in case the symptoms of fluttering
remain after applying above tips .
*A detailed heart check up is advisable after you get rid of
your present complaints ..to rule out possibility of the problem in future
(specially for raised pulse pressure... you have at present.)
I hope that helps.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
