I Woke Up This Morning With Pain In My Right
Question: I woke up this morning with pain in my right inner thigh. It feels like a muscle strain, and definitely gets worse with movement. The pain has gotten slightly worse throughout the day. My concern is that the pain came on all of a sudden and I haven’t done any intense physical exercise or suffered any injuries recently. As far as I can tell there aren’t any associated symptoms. I am a healthy 33-year-old with no chronic conditions and no history of health problems.
Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome
Detailed Answer:
I dont think you should be worried.
First, it may be a muscle strain that you did not notice, may have happened during sleep or during hip distorsion.
Second, it may be pinched nerve or inflamed muscle due to long walks or exposure to wind or cold.
Third, if there are other signs such as swelling, bruises or tingling then you should do doppler ultrasound to rule out vein thrombosis. This is rare in your age.
If not, then just rest, take nonsteroid painkillers and apply ice.
WIsh you good health. Regards
