I’m very healthy. Low cholesterol, BP is great 6’2, 168 lbs very fit. I had back surgery in November, doc couldn’t believe how great my vitals were. I was up walking in a few weeks after surgery. I’ve never had an issue with my heart. I’ve been travel back and forth from SF to XXXXXXX Could it have been dehydration?
Feeling much better now. Just had a bite to eat after sleeping all day.

Hello again
Detailed Answer:
That’s good if you maintain a healthy lifestyle. But still it’s advisable to get these basic tests done along with HBA1c to rule out any underlying issue.
There are high possibilities that these tests will turn out normal but still with these group of symptoms after 60 yrs of age evaluation should be done.
I hope this information will guide you properly.
Kind Regards
