I woke up with a swollen nose out of a sudden spread to eye. I want to know how what cause it. Cuz yesterday night all I remember I ate pizza and a soda and out of nowhere I woke up with a swollen face.

my nose is swollen and my eyes. I just woke up and look at the mirror and my face was looking like that. when I touch my nose it hurts a little but not my eyes. My eye looks puffy. So far no fever and this is my first time having this problem.
Brief Answer:
Angioneurotic edema or infection.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your additional history and photo.
The most probable causes I can think about the problem are:
Angioneurotic edema due to allergy to something that you ate or drank - needs an antihistamine and oral steroids if needed. These will resolve the swelling earlier.
Infection in the nose or sinuses causing spread of edema over face - need an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory medication. This will take time to settles.
This can be differentiated by:
An actual examination by a Doctor, preferably an ENT Surgeon.
Tests of blood: CBC, blood sugar.
CT scan of the nose and sinuses if the medications take time to resolve the issues.
Till then do not rub over or fondle the area as it can increase edema.
What are the medications are you taking now? Any resolution?
Please give details and feedback too.
