Brief Answer:
may be Exploding head syndrome...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, it could be Exploding Head Syndrome which may be due to stress.

For further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with sleep specialist for detailed clinical examination. He may procure sleep study as per evaluation. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying diagnosis.

Along with that avoid stress. Do regular yoga and meditation. Take proper sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours at night.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further....
