Brief Answer:
Seems like benign positional vertigo and may need ENT specialist review

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to Ask A Doctor service. Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, symptoms correlate likely with BPPV or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo however detailed examination for neurological specially cerebellar ataxia or any signs of cerebellar dysfunction needs to be ruled out.

Metabolic profile should Also be done alongwith baseline endocrine functions like sugar levels, thyroid levels, as well as cortisol levels if needed.

Supplements for calcium D3 B12 and folic acid may also be used but for better relief beta histidine and prochlorperazine may be needed.

Some maneuvers may be done to diagnose and treat the condition under supervision of an ENT specialist.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards
