I Worry That My Penis Is Not As It Should

Question: I worry that my penis is not as it should be. It feels like it is way too big and also that it comes so much when I masturbate. What to do? I have taken a picture of it so you understand what i mean? I hate that it is so big, it ruins my life. Please tell me there is something youcan do to make it smaller?
Brief Answer:
Penile reduction surgeries may help
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
I can certainly understand your concern.
I have worked through your attached query and images in detail.
This condition is called Macrophallus.
Penile reduction surgeries can be helpful to bring it back to near normal size.
This procedure involves the removal of tissue beneath the skin of the penis or through simple excision procedures.
Sometimes antihypertensive medications may be helpful to minimise the size.
Please check with your surgeon if he/she shares my view and if can offer these treatment modalities to you.
Thank you.
