The resulting induced immunity is selective to the surface virus antigen (protein) and has not been shown so far to trigger such adverse effects like cardiac arrhythmias (including afib). Actually they have been safe in patients receiving anti arrhythmic drugs (including Flecainide).
So, nothing to worry about in this regard!
