I Would Like To Know If My Lingual Retainer Which

Question: I would like to know if my lingual retainer which was placed yesterday is fixed properly and will it fall or break or loosen up if I eat from my front teeth or the pre molars.

Foods like dosa idly and XXXXXXX breakfast made at home keeping in mind my first bite or any bite should not be taken with the help of my front tooth

You should always be careful, however in the initial 24-48 hours you should remain more cautions..
But should always avoid biting hard foods from front teeth..
