I will attach the CT Scan file. I know I have a 2.2 cm benign lesion that has been stable for 15 years, but I want to rule out any other lesions. The doctor did not comment on my bones in this study.

I do not see how to upload a cd, only a report?
Brief Answer:
Please upload the CD to google drive or dropbox and share the download link

please let me know if this works.
please let me know if this works.
Brief Answer:
Please upload CD containing DICOM images and share on google drive.
Detailed Answer:
HI,
Thanks for writing back to us.
The file sharing is working.
However the images need to be in DICOM format (medial image format) so that I can upload to my workstation and look for bone lesions. The images sent are in JPG format abdomen window setting and do not show bone details and cannot be uploaded to the workstation.
Please upload CD containing DICOM images and share on google drive.

Brief Answer:
suspicious ill defined lucent area in the left iliac bone near leftSI joint
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back to us.
There is a suspicious ill defined lucent area in the left iliac bone near the inferior part of left sacroiliac joint area. Rarely such a finding can be artefactual due to abnormal air in the bowels.

Brief Answer:
We are talking about the same area
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back to us.
We are talking about the same lesion. If it has been there without any significant changes for 15 years then it certainly is benign.

Ok the suspicious area you are referencing, is this about 2 cm mixed lucent and sclerotic along the medial aspect for the left iliac bone? Adjacent to sacroiliac joint? If so, this has been on my imaging for 15 years and has been deemed a benign growth. Please confirm if we are talking about the same area and that there is one area, and not two?

Thank you greatly for your attention, explanation, and patience with my questions today.
