Brief Answer:
Queries are explained below in details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,

Thank you for your response.

I already reviewed your answers and I excluded many of the possible causes of your symptoms.

One of the possible causes can be the use of Loratadine.

It is a medication which can give as a side effect dry eyes.

So I would recommend using Cetirizine 10 mg instead of Loratadine because it has less side effects.

The symptoms can also be related to work on the computer which cause eye fatigue.

So, I recommend you again to use artificial tears, you can get them over the counter without any problem in every pharmacy.

You can also use computer glasses with anti-reflective coating.

As per Aspirin use, I recommend to use it everyday to prevent or low the risk of heart disease.

Hope I have answered your queries, let me know I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Take care dear,

Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
