Brief Answer:
local pathology more likely than systemic issue.need details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my clinical experience, the issue with bump over ankle seems to be localised
pathology with surrounding changes rather than systemic problem and so Lasix will
not help.

Kindly provide me further details so that I can answer your query completely.

1. Swelling - size, shape, consistency, any overlying skin changes in color, temperature ?
2. Associated pain scale ?
3. Photo picture of the swelling as an attachment.

Awaiting for your response.
Regards.
