I am suffering from completely necrospermia. my semen anlyses test show 4 million sperm (only dead sperm). Sir, my question is necrospermia is curable/ treatable or not treatable. it is treatable please give me suitable guideline and clarify in describe brief on this matter and also clarify it is 100 percent curable or not curable.

Based on the facts and report of your semen analysis you r semen analysis has revealed Necrozoospermia suggesting all the sperms to be dead .
The basic cause for Necrozoospermia is infection of either seminal vesicle or Prostate and needs to be investigated
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to establish cause for it
1) Urine routine and Culture
2) Semen Culture
3) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis
Taking appropriate antibiotic as per Semen culture report will help to eradicate infection and chances of survival of sperm.
