IS It Okay To Skip An Inactive Pill To Regulate Menstruation Cycle?

Question: Following up on my previous questions, I am now on my 5th day of inactive Mononessa pills...as I mentioned, I had already been light bleeding for about 2 weeks prior to that. I have had a heavier period with clots 1-2 days during this inactive pill week. Today, however, I am just spotting light pink. My question is this--I started the pills on a Monday "Day 1 Start" (even though it was hard to tell what day of my period I was really on when I started them since I was bleeding already for many days). Can I change my next pill pack to "Sunday Start"? This basically means that I will not take ONE of my inactive pills in this first pack. My goal is to regulate my cycle, so if this is a problem, please advise. I would like to do Sunday start AND my body is only spotting now so it seems to make sense in that regard as well. Or should I stick with all 7 inactive pills?
Brief Answer:
can Skip
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX thanks for trusting health care magic.
Yes you can easily miss up to 3 days of inactive pills but since you had a very heavy flow then just skip 1 pill in each cycle to the date or day you want to take your cycle.
There is no harm in it.
Take care.
