It's just concerning because it usually doesn't read that and now it's almost every reading.. if I am having Arrhythmias what do you think it would be from. I did have a Holter and echo about 2 years ago but had an episode of Beinge drinking the past year and worried I damaged my heart. I also have a low heart rate which is concerning because I am not an athlete I am overweight and resting is about 48
Brief Answer:
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
There are several reasons which can cause rhythm abnormality of the heart. Most common include thyroid disease, electrolyte imbalance, coronary artery disease etc.
But the first important thing is to confirm whether any arrhythmia is there or not at first place. So it’s important to get an HOLTER test again. Also get the following tests done
1. CBC
2. KFT with serum electrolytes
3. Thyroid function test
Kind Regards
