Question: If I switch from Metoprolol Succinate to Metoprolol Tartrate within two days in between, could this harm my heart ?

Hello,
Its unlikely to harm you if have taken it at appropriate frequency. Basically, if you are using tartarate then you should use it twice daily as it's a short acting form (equally divided doses), while succinate is available in long acting form so it should be taken once daily formulation.
