Question: If a male takes high estrogen to reduce testosterone. Will he still have sexual desire, orgasm, etc but without erection? I read estrogen is the reason for sexual interest in males in their brain?? Please explain and clarify. Thanks

Thanks. Is it possible to reduce both Testerone and estrogen? Which medicine with minimum side effects? I took degarelix off label 240mg and I feel good after 3 days but first 2 days very painful. I m a male 37 yrs old.
