Yes ,there are chances of infection to foetus if lady is suffering from gonorrhoea.
Gonorrhoea is a bacterial disease and it effects foetus more during delivery by direct contact.Baby's eye may be infected and it may cause blindness if not treated properly.
Besides infection during delivery,it may also effect pregnancy in earlier stage in the form of infection to amniotic sac,premature rupture of membrane,abortion etc.So,it should be treated aggressively to prevent complications.
