If Lung Inflammation Does Radiate At Times Even To The Arm?

Question: Hi, doctor. Just a follow up question. And thank u for your excellent advice on how to treat some lung inflammation still going on from a bad flu coupled with COPD. Will definitely try your suggestions. My question is about another symptom going on concurrently being some shoulder blade achiness that seems to radiate down the arm. And this left side in the back and side is where the lung seems to be most ill affected. Just wondering if lung inflammation does radiate at times - even to the arm? Thank u once again.
