At the outset let me clear out the misconception in your mind about Premature Ejaculation .(PE).Premature Ejaculation is a term defined to only when one ejaculates within one minute of after penetration of vagina during vaginal sex with female partner and it is not applicable to ejaculation while masturbating .This is termed as Early Ejaculation .
Early Ejaculation is caused by firm grip of penis by hand and vigorous shaking of penis causing excessive stimulation of penis resulting into early ejaculation .This may not happen during intra vaginal sex with female partner.

Thanks so much doctor for clearing out the mis-conception i had. Is there any way of strengthening the muscles of penis that can delay early ejaculation during masturbation? I think overtime due to too much masturbation in my teenage, my nerves have become too sensitive because when i was in my 20s, the excitement to ejaculate used to build up little late but now its almost quick. Besides this, just on little visual excitement, precum literally drips out a lot.

There are no muscles in penis .It contains only two corporal bodies of spongy network of arterioles that during erection get filled up with blood 120 times more than at rest or in flacid state .It has only a small muscle called Bulbospongiosus surrounding urethral tube which contracts on penile stimulation during masturbation or sexual intercourse and the rhythmic contraction of this muscle leads to Ejaculation of semen .
There is no exercise or medicine that can strengthen this muscle.
It has been proved scientifically and on extensive research in sexology that masturbation does have any negative effect on any organ or any system in body.
All the sexual problems in a otherwise normal individual are mind related and due to anxiety.
