Question: If someone has flattening diaphragm, high rdw, low mcv and blood is coming out while he's coughing, what all diseases could it point to. The person is diabetic and has history bronchitis. Kindly answer as soon as possible. Thank you.

But we need to rule out lung infection also.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and chest x ray.

Flattening bilateral domes diaphragm

Trachea in midline

Are Anaemia, cancer and COPD ruled out?
