Yes, they are the main criteria that show you can benefit from the treatment.
However, your already 18yrs old, so do not have much time, so consult your physician to start treatment.

I've also researched the side-effects to HGH treatment. Do they vary between individuals, doses, and/or age range? I'm 6'0 and I would like to add a couple inches onto my height. Assuming my growth plates haven't closed yet (I'll probably have to get an x ray of my growth plates), how long would I have to be under treatment? Is treatment prescribed orally or via injections? And what would be the approximate cost of treatment? Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
The treatment is prescribed via injections and it should be taken at least for 1 year to see the effect.
The side effects are individual, they depend on how long do you take them (the longer the greater the chances).
Regarding to the price it varies a lot from state to state. They are states where it is given for free, meanwhile there are states where it costs like 1 thousand dollar per month.
You have to disccuss it with your physician.
