Are your menstrual cycles regular ?
What is the date of last menstrual cycle?
Which pregnancy test was positive ? Was it the last one? If so, it means that you are pregnant.

Sore breasts and mild cramps can occur in both pregnancy and just before periods.

Last time that i had my period it was from 2nd till 6th of August my period is always regular at times i'm late for 1,2 or 1 week late due to stress etc but this had never happened to me before.the last that i took was on the 1st of this month it came positive but the while was not too dark its a bit pale but visible .. as the previous ones came back negative i'm confused.. i have those whitish discharge and i have those mild cramps that feels like my period is coming but nothing then my breast hurts so bad.

This seems to be an early pregnancy.
Maybe there was delayed ovulation.

Please get an ultrasound done after 4-5 days. It is too early to see any pregnancy sac if you do it today.
That will give a clear picture of what is happening.
