Im 23 And Obese (dont Know If That Has Anything

Question: Im 23 and obese (dont know if that has anything to do with it) for the past 3 days behind my right testical has had a dull pain. When im sleeping i have yo prop my leg up and the pain eases.
Brief Answer:
It could be many things
Detailed Answer:
Hi Glenndickson44,
Testicular pain can be many things. Considering your age, epididymitis is most likely. Enlargement of the veins (varicocele) or spermatic fibers (spermatocele) can also cause testicular pain. Furthermore, a scrotal hernia can also be painful. Most conditions can be diagnosed by a clinical examination, so I suggest you see your doctor for a urinalysis and physical exam, possibly an ultrasound. In any case, it sounds completely benign.
Best wishes.

I would go to the doctor but im so self conscious it scares me lol
Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
There is nothing to worry about. I understand that you are self conscious, but doctors only care about helping you. A short physical examination and you probably have a diagnosis and can receive treatment and be on your way again.
Best wishes.
