I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Hair fall could be from many causes including nutritional deficiencies, scalp problems, chemical use on scalp, hereditary, hormonal, androgenic and medical health conditions.
Mostly hair fall recovers by itself and new hair start growing in some time.
Kindly describe your symptoms in details, your age, gender, how much is hair fall (is it more than 100 hair lost per day), is there any baldness patch, any dandruff, any chemical use, any anemia or other nutritional deficiencies, any family history of baldness, etc. This will help in narrowing down the problem and give specific advice on further management.
For now take a well balanced nutritious diet including atleast 5 fruits per day.
