Brief Answer:
Pigmentation associated with mometasone cream & PCOD

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Pigmentation could be related to using of mometasone cream or PCOD.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a depigmenting cream containing kojic acid on the affected areas twice daily along with the frequent and liberal application of a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire sun-exposed areas during the daytime.

Also take an antioxidant like capsule Antoxid HC once daily for 6-8 weeks.
These will help in reducing the pigmentation.
Also stay away from direct sunlight and use a hat, scarf whenever out in sun.

I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to answer any further queries.
Regards,
Dr. Asmeet
