Brief Answer:
Photosensitivity to sun, broad spectrum sunscreen and physical measures

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
You seem to be developing photosensitivity to sun.
It can occur in any individual at any age.
Sometimes it develops without a cause.
Are you taking any medicines or having any ailments?
I would recommend you to apply a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face and sun exposed areas every 4 hours during the day time.
Also wear a cap/ hat, goggles and full sleeve clothes while in sun.
If you still develop a rash apply cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily for 7-10 days.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
