Question: I'm 52 years old and even though I am having excellent erection during sex but ejaculation doesn't takes place as the kind of sensation needed for ejaculation lacks. When I masterbate, sometimes the sensation arises immediately and ejaculation takes place but sometimes there is a delay and even sometimes I've to withdraw. This symptom developed from last one year. Please help.

One thing I forgot to mention is that one nd a half years back one night after having sex, the next morning I noticed a surround muscle notch just above the rim of the frontal part of my penis. It was more swelled on the right side and there was bit of pain, if tried to press even slightly. This has happened few times previously but got subsided itself in 1- 2 days time. But this time it didn't happen the same. The pain subsided in few days but notch didn't get to normal. When erection is ther it's not visible but when loose and normal the its viable. Is there anyway this is effecting the sensation for ejaculatoon ?
