Brief Answer:
Gastritis is likely- recommendations given

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service,

I carefully read your query and understand your concern. Stomach pain, fullness and low appetite can be caused by gastritis.

You may take omeprazole 20 mg twice a day (30 minutes before food). You will need to eat frequent small amounts of food to help with the appetite as well. Drinking well and keeping hydrated is important as well.

If no improvement in 4-5 days or you notice any new symptoms or you are getting worse you will need to see a doctor.Any weight loss is very important as well and should be consulted.

I hope this answers your query. I am at your disposal, let me know if any further medical assistance is needed.
