Brief Answer:
Intertrigo possibly

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You seem to have intertrigo which is inflammation of body folds. I suggest you to use a combination cream of topical antifungal e.g Clotrimazole 1% and a topical steroid e.g Hydrocortisone 1%, twice daily for a few days.

In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.

Keep the area dry. Use an antifungal dusting powder.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if you need any more help.
