Brief Answer:
It seems radial nerve damage

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

From your description it seems radial nerve damage possibly due to compression near spiral groove over several hours. The compression could have happened in axilla or upper arm or even at area of bracelet.

X rays can be done to check for fractures. A consultation with orthopedic surgeon is required immediately to decompress if possible.
Physical therapy and splinting at wrist maybe helpful depending on cause.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
