Dizzyness could be due to many causes including cervical disc problem, inner ear problems, low blood glucose etc. Similarly fatigue can also have many causes like anemia, low blood glucose levels, low thyroid, etc. I will suggest that you get following tests done: fasting blood glucose levels, HBA1C, Complete blood count, thyroid profile, liver function test, kidney function test, serum calcium levels, vitamin D levels, vitamin B12 levels. If you have already done these tests please upload the reports for me to view.
