Hello,
Thanks for posting your query in "Ask A Doctor",
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern,
Since you have irregular periods, it can be a sign of ovarian dysfunction. Also since all the blood tests done have come back normal, I would suggest it best for you to consult with an gynaecologist for further management.
Your doctor may ask for repeated USGs to study the formation of mature follicle and may start your on clomiphene for inducing ovulation if found to have anovulatory cycles.
Meanwhile, I would suggest you to reduce any excess weight, avoid any undue stress or tension, eat healthy foods.
I hope this helps,
Let me know if I can assist you further,
regards

Hi again,
Thanks for replying back,
Sorry for the inadvertent delay in writing back,
Yes, you may need to re-initiate the folliculometry for complete study of ovulation and the formation of mature follicle. This will help the doctor to decide on further management.
I personally do not think IUI is the best option for you, as it is usually helpful in cases of low sperm motility. But since your husband has normal sperm count and factors, you can discuss this with your doctor and can decide on initiation of ovulation inducing medicines.
I hope this helps,
Please feel free to discuss further,
