Brief Answer:
Looks like gastritis or gastro esophageal reflux disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Cardiac pain occurs on exercise or exertion and relieve by rest. It is not associated with burping or throat burn.
Your symptoms looks like gastritis or gastro esophageal reflux disease. We generally recommend our patients to start on Tab Pantoprazole 40mg twice daily for it and should see a gastroenterologist.
To rule out any associated cardiac abnormality, I'll advise you to get a 2D Echo and stress test done.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Does not look like a cardiac pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
welcome back.
I I told you earlier, cardiac pain is exertional that is it occurs after exercise and exertion and reduce after rest. The pain which occurs after pressing is not cardiac and is mostly muscular pain.
I have still advised you for a echo and stress test just to rule out any slightest possibility of it being of cardiac origin.
I hope they both turn out normal.
You can take a normal pain killer for the pain.
Thanks and regards
