I’m A 61 Year Old Female With Weight Problems, Extreme
Question: I’m a 61 year old female with weight problems, extreme fatigue, body temp of 96.3 and very dry skin and hair. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism over 10 years ago, however I was never placed on any medication. Subsequent tests have shown just below average TSH so my Dr doesn’t think I need to do anything. Is there anything I can do to improve my health?
