
I'm A 68 Yr Old Caucasian Male. I'm 5'10" 241

Question: I'm a 68 yr old caucasian male. I'm 5'10" 241 lbs. I am already taking blood pressure medication and my blood pressure was under control with it. Now my PB is elevated again, Upper 140-mid 150 to Mid-70;s to mid -80's. Should I be worried? I am trying to lose weight. I don't smoke or drink.
