I'm A 70 Year Old Male With TM Paralyzed Waist
Question: I'm a 70 year old male with TM paralyzed waist down Having both colostomy bag as well as catheter and collection bag. I experienced I had an ejaculation and semen coagulated with the urine also almost immediately I dispelled semen orally, I'm a serious person and this is not a joke. Please respond, this happened several hour ago and I'm still having ejaculation sensations to the point it's a bit painful and worry-some.

Thanks for your reply. To further explain the ejaculation wasn't in- voluntary my paralysis was (Thawing out) leaving my core area but not my legs and feet. I just got mentally aroused and manipulated myself to ejaculation I just don't under stand about orally coughing up some of the discharge. There was no stomach contents expelled with the semen. In addition I have been in a state of almost constant climax all the time to the point of more than casual concern. However it's not normal I'm concerned about the oral dispelling, only happened once and as to going to the ER I'm in live in a long term skilled nursing facility and more than just a little embarrassed to come forward. Staying always in a state of excitement with what is obvious to me my catheter line visually shows (at least to me) the discharge. Do you believe my condition could really be harmful? Only thee nerves being overly stimulated by the Transverse Myeilitis.
