Question: I’m a Bronchiectasis patient -just had blood work.. my PLT is 518 and lymphocyte is 40%.. should I seek medical help?

This test results shows that you have some kind of infection in your body,probably respiratory due to your diagnosis.

In my opinion you should not worry.I will suggest you too repeat the exams after 15 days

I did the exam for something not related to my lung only for check up my vitamins and blood.. if I have infection going on shouldn’t be treated? I’m colonize with Pseudomonas aeruginosa usually.

I think that the Pseudomonas its one of the reason or your tests results,in my opinion if you are not symptomatic than you dont need treatment at the moment.
