Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question XXXXXXX isenhower. Hope I can be of help for you today.

Through reading your query I would like to help you with this question. Mirena IUD you will feel some discomfort and slight cramping after you put the IUD into your uterus. How long did you have Mirena IUD? Do you have any children? Most women will have cramping with IUD use over time and some level of cramping is common. You can use non steroid antiinflammation drugs (NSAIDs) for release cramping pain but be careful with your stomach ache. You should see your doctor right away if you have bad pain in your lower belly, have unexplained fever, have abnormal vaginal discharge or heavy bleeding.

I hope that can help you, and please let me know if you have any clarification or question about that, and I would be welcome to discuss it with you further. I Hope you have good health.

Brief Answer:
Minera IUD could cause you this kind of cramping pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your clarification. Minera IUD could cause you this kind of cramping pain. If your pain very bad in your lower belly, your period is very heavier than normal, you can not feel the string of the IUD or if the string seems shorter than usual, you think your IUD might have moved or fall out, you have an unexplained fever you should go to see your doctor. He or she may need to see your IUD position if it stay in place or not by examination and ultrasound. Sometimes your doctor may need to check BHCG to rule out pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish you have good health. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards,
