Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX
I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.
Many people describe these symptoms as an "internal fever" where you feel feverish and have malaise and lassitude but thermometer records no fever.
At times, this feeling is there just before the onset of an infection, usually viral.
You are a follow up case of sinusitis and strep throat infection,so possibility is strong that you have an impending infection.
Keep yourself well hydrated, take nourishing diet including plentiful of vegetables and fruits and take rest.
Avoid sleep deprivation and de stress yourself.
Take Over the counter NSAIDs like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for body ache and headache.
You can take a PPI like Pantaprazole 40 mg for nausea.
Continue your anti hypertensive medications,as before.
If the symptoms do not improve, please visit your clinician for complete evaluation and clinical examination.
Hope that I have answered your query.
Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.

It is unlikely to be a Covid 19.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back....
Though the global situation of COVID 19 is still evolving but the usual cardinal symptoms of it are high grade fever, dry cough, muscle pains and severe fatigue.
Other less reported symptoms are soreness of throat, diarrhea, loss of sensation of taste and smell and decreased appetite.
Your symptoms do not fall in any of these brackets so there is hardly any suspicion of COVID 19.
Usual saying is "Prevention is better than cure" but for COVID 19,prevention is the only cure.
Practice hand hygiene and self-isolation, use alcohol based sanitizers, avoid going to crowded places, have nourishing diet, warm fluids and don't be sleep deprived.
Hope that I have answered your query.
Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
