Brief Answer:
Check for hypoglycemia symptoms and adjust dose as per sugar level.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I can understand your concern. Please let me what is your daily insulin dose and frequency? Fasting Blood sugar 92 is quiet normal.

Kindly check blood sugar level before every insulin dose. Take insulin dose just before 10-15 mins before breakfast or food. Take balanced breakfast and food. In case of decreased appetite due to ill health, you have to adjust the dose.

Always watch for hypoglycemia symptoms like sweating, dizziness, shakiness in body, weakness, palpitations. At that time you can take 1 to 2 teaspoon sugar. So always carry sugar pouches with you.

If still sugar levels going to drop, you have to reduce daily dose after endocrinologist consultation. As your daily dose requirement is reduced. you have to adjust the insulin dose according to your diet and health. Don't do any vigorous activity or exercise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Thank you.
