Thanks for posting your query.

The pain in the back of the leg that you have can be a muscular pain related to exertion. Decreased fluid intake or electrolyte imbalance can also cause this. A Deep vein thrombosis or DVT is usually associated with pain at rest and swelling of the calf also.

However, It'll be better to get it examined and get a color Doppler scan done to rule out DVT.
