The chances of you having a brain abscess are very low.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for posting your query.
I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and I would try my best to help you.
I have noted your clinical details. Based on this, the chances of you having a brain abscess are very low.
People with brain abscess are much more toxic- they are febrile, have severe headache, they vomit and in most cases have focal neurological deficits such as weakness or arm or leg.
Without these symptoms, brain abscess is unlikely. However, since you are undergoing an MRI brain, that would sort it out completely.
For anxiety, you could take clonazepam tablets.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,

Brain abscess is unlikely without fever and neurological symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
Dental appointment could help in assessing the severity of dental infection, if any, and any remedial measures.
Brain abscess is unlikely in the absence of fever and neurological symptoms. So, as of now, there is no need to worry abut that.
Have you tried NAPROXEN tablets for headache? It is quite effective.
Best wishes,
Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM
